Introduction

Hello, Class!

My name is Rebecca Segars and I am a senior here at the University of La Verne. I am an Educational Studies major and hope to pursue my Masters in School Counseling. I have always loved working with students and have ties to Special Education and Early Childhood Development. I have attended La Verne for all four years, and can’t believe graduation is coming up so soon! Throughout my time at La Verne I have loved being involved with the Education Department and am also a member of Phi Sigma Sigma Sorority. In this class, I hope to become more familiar with the science standards, as well as learn more about how to ensure that science classes are captivating and exciting for young learners. I can’t wait to get to know and work with you all!
